These terms apply to every purchase from the RU'YA online store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Our products
Our products are cosmetic skincare and hair care products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product information, our quiz and our journal are for general information and do not replace advice from a qualified medical professional. Always read the label, patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are paid online at checkout; Cash on Delivery is not available. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we will contact you before processing the order.
4. Orders and cancellation
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of confirmation by messaging us on WhatsApp; after 2 hours the order can no longer be cancelled. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If an order is cancelled, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Returns and refunds
Refund requests must be made within 1 day of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & refunds policy.
7. Reviews and content
If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to publish it on our website and social media with your first name and city. We only publish reviews with your permission and do not change their meaning.
8. Intellectual property
The RU'YA name, logo, packaging designs, photos and text on this website belong to RU'YA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RU'YA is not responsible for reactions caused by not following the directions or cautions on the product label, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
