How much sunscreen should you really use?

Most people apply less sunscreen than they think. A thin layer simply cannot give the protection written on the bottle.

A simple guide. Use about two finger-lengths of sunscreen for the face and neck, and reapply every 2 hours when you are outdoors.

Make it a habit. Sunscreen works best when it is the last step of your morning routine, every morning, even indoors. Whatever Sun is a lightweight, tinted sunscreen with no white cast, designed to be comfortable enough to wear every day.

Patch test first. Try any new product on a small area before using it on your whole face.
